AG corrosion is a support tool for professionals of the construction field, to determine the state of structures affected by corrosion, one of the most frequent pathologies in reinforced concrete structures. We use non-destructive techniques that allow us to quantify the damage, or risk of damage, of a structure, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the procedure chosen for its reparation.
We also offer the possibility of evaluating the performance of corrosion inhibitors, before and after their application, as is established in the Technical Suitability Documents of many of these products; water-repellent agents; and other material characterization tests, which can be adapted to customer needs.
To evaluate the damage of a reinforced concrete structure we rely on electrical and electrochemical parameters, such as corrosion potential, resistivity and corrosion rate, the latter being the parameter that allows us to understand the state of the structure through mapping ( kinetics of corrosion).
We have more than fifteen years of experience in this field, both in residential and civil works, having collaborated with numerous companies and testing laboratories in Spain.
